This is the style toothbrush that I use on my guys. While I have one baby that demands the finger brush, I prefer using the bristle toothbrush. The reason I prefer it is because the soft bristles sweep away food debris, attack plaque and remove tartar at a much more effectively than rubber nubs. If you are attacking teeth that already have mild to severe tartar build up, a bristle brush is your best friend along with good oral hygiene products. I use PetzLife on all of my babies and highly recommend this amazing product. I have seen first hand on many dogs, not just my own, how great this product works. To get puppies started, simply put a little bit of their tooth gel on the bristles and let them chew on the toothbrush... Do any of us know any puppies that don't like to chew? It's as easy as that.
